LOUANNE Holloway would like to run a traditional-style kiosk on the lawn overlooking Robe’s Town Beach and Guichen Bay.

She first showed her concept plan to District Council chief executive officer Bill Hender on May 18 and then made a formal application to lease a part of the community land.
